A network of Investors and Exporters' Service Centres (COIiE) is a systemic project initiated by the Ministry of Economy. The project aims at increasing the level of internationalisation of Polish companies by facilitating access of entrepreneurs and their associations to free, high-quality and complex information service that is essential to planning, organizing and carrying out export and/or investments outside Poland.

COliE aims at increasing the level of foreign investments in Poland by providing potential foreign investors with access to information on conditions of starting the business activity (investing) in Poland.

In every province there is one information point called the Investors and Exporters' Service Centre (COliE), which operates based on uniform standards of the provision of information service.
