The Concentrix brand is opening its third office in Poland. This time the choice fell on Krakow. The new location (in the Unity Tower on Lubomirskiego Street) will become the European centre of the Software Solutions division, which develops software for the company's products and services.
Concentrix designs, develops and conducts innovative technology projects in the area of customer experience support for more than 130 Fortune Global 500 companies. The company employs a total of more than 300,000 specialists who work in offices located in 40 countries around the world.
Concentrix plans to attract specialists, engineers, data science analysts and developers from all over Poland to work at its Software Solutions centre in Krakow. As a flexible employer, the brand offers stability, development and the opportunity to work from home.
- It is no coincidence that we have chosen Krakow as the location of our first European office, which will focus exclusively on software solutions. We see the potential that this city offers both in terms of access to an excellent cadre of talented programmers and a top-level IT infrastructure - says Łukasz Jezierski from Concentrix.
- In the Software Solutions centre we will create advanced products for our own and our clients' needs. In the next few years we want to develop an R&D centre in Kraków, where technological innovations addressed to customers from all over the world will be created," he adds.
The Software Solutions centre will focus on building solutions using the latest technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, facial recognition techniques (FRT), neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), cloud solutions and Big Data analytics.
