The first employees of ALDI Nord's Krakow/Poland technology centre started work in early October. Thanks to the investment, the company is continuing its transformation and digitalisation. Ultimately, the chain plans to create a team of about 250 IT specialists in Kraków by mid-2022.

The new centre relies on the cooperation of internal and external IT specialists and works on IT projects and solutions for ALDI Nord. By doing so, the company is blazing new trails to optimally support and actively lead the transformation process.

Ultimately, the chain plans to create a team of about 250 IT specialists in Kraków by mid-2022. At the same time ALDI Nord is consistently expanding the Technology Organisation in Essen.
