On April 23rd , 2020 Comarch signed an agreement to acquire 100% of shares in Cabinet Conseil en Strategie Informatique (2CSI) based in Cergy, France.
2CSI provides IT solutions and services for medical entities in the French market. As part of the transaction, Comarch will purchase 500,000 shares in 2CSI with a par value of EUR 1 each from its existing shareholders. The 2CSI shares will be acquired at a unit price of EUR 4.20 (i.e. PLN 19.09) per share, and the total value of the transaction is EUR 2.1 million, or PLN 9.54 million. Comarch stressed that this acquisition will significantly strengthen its competitive position in the area of e-Health IT services in the European market.
Comarch offers IT solutions for, among others, telecommunications, finance, banking and insurance, trade and services, public administration, industry, healthcare. 2CSI provides ERP software for healthcare institutions.
