According to Tholons Services Globalisation Index now it is ranked 6th for the best localisation for business services centres.
Experts predict that this trend will continue and by 2020 there will be more than 90 000 employees in SSC/BPO branch. Please have in mind that so far Kraków was the best localisation centre in Europe with strong 9th or 8th position – right before Dublin. In 2018 the capital of the Małopolska Region is already on a high 6th place and is overtaken only by Bengaluru, Manila, Mumbaj, Delhi i Hajdarabad. Currently, 350 international companies have their headquarters in Kraków.
